Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you accept walk-ins or same-day appointments?

Yes! We always strive to accommodate walk-ins and same-day requests whenever possible. If you’re in need of immediate care or have a last-minute schedule change, we’ll do our best to see you quickly.

2. What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most major vision insurance plans, including VSP, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and more. If you’re unsure whether your insurance is accepted, give us a call. Our team is happy to check for you.

3. Can I still be seen if I don’t have vision insurance?

Absolutely. We offer affordable self-pay pricing for patients without insurance. You’ll still receive the same great care and attention.

4. How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule online, call the location directly, or walk in. Many of our offices are open evenings and weekends to make scheduling easier for busy patients.

5. What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your vision insurance card (if applicable), and a list of any current medications or eye concerns. If you wear glasses or contacts, bring those too.

6. Do you offer pediatric eye exams?

Yes, we provide eye exams for children and teens. Our doctors are experienced with pediatric care and make visits comfortable for young patients.

7. How often should I get an eye exam?

We recommend annual comprehensive eye exams for most patients, even if you don’t wear glasses or contacts. Regular checkups help detect issues early, even before symptoms appear.

8. Do you offer contact lens fittings and prescriptions?

Yes. Our doctors offer contact lens fittings, including specialty lenses for astigmatism, to assist with readg vision, and dry eye. We’ll help you find the right option for comfort and clarity.

9. How long does an eye exam take?

Most comprehensive exams take about 45 minutes. If you need additional testing or a contact lens fitting, it may take a little longer.

10. Do you offer retinal imaging or advanced diagnostic testing?

Yes. All of our locations conduct retinal imaging to assess eye health thoroughly. This non-invasive scan helps us detect issues that traditional exams may miss.
