About Our Cedar Hill Location

Our focus is providing an accurate prescription for your best vision, the first time! Our highly-skilled Optometrists provide comprehensive eye exams and the highest quality of care. Our eye doctors also care for medical eye conditions such as; eye infections, cataracts, or glaucoma. We accept most major vision & health insurance providers.

Clyde Singleton, O.D.

After graduating high school, Dr. Clyde Singleton joined the US Air Force where he worked as a medical laboratory specialist for four years of active duty. He was able to cross-train to become a flight medic in the Air Force Reserves. After stints of duty serving in Desert Storm, he completed his undergrad degree in Biology at Xavier University in his hometown of New Orleans. He then went on to attend optometry school at University of Houston, where he earned a Navy Health Professions Scholarship. After completing optometry school, Dr. Singleton served four years as a Navy Optometrist. Dr. Singleton has enjoyed 25 years of practice in various modes. His primary focus is routine eye exams and eye health with a soft spot for serving active duty and fellow military veterans and their families. In his free time, Dr. Singleton enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and traveling.
